The City of Stratford Community Services Department operates two recreation programs where staff are recruited and hired on a seasonal/as-need basis. The first program, being the Stratford Lions Pool runs from June until the end of August each season. The second progam, being our Day Camps runs for 8-10 weeks in the summer, on December and March holiday breaks, and on school PA days.

Although it varies from one year to the next, we may have to recruit new staff into available positions. Should this be the case, our recruitment process would typically begin in the spring through our Human Resources Department.

Our minimum age for working is 14 years, as determined by the Ontario Ministry of Labour.

Please note, we do not accept unsolicited resumes.
